Guitar grip tattoo idea

Yes, i told that i´m not a good illustrator but i was tried to realise the idea of the tattoo with guitar grib 
the celtic symbol isn´t so important right now, just when you´re wondered

But now i ask you! Is it okay? or too much colours ...Do you got a idea to make it better? Tell me, i will looking for
